The expected hand-over is Spring 2021. Many construction professionals are working hard on a daily basis to deliver these beautiful homes on time. However, unforeseen circumstances that can slow down construction may arise. This includes weather conditions such as strong winds or frost, but also material supply.

Construction work is carried out according to RIVM guidelines. This may affect the final completion and delivery date. The impact currently seems limited with regard to the Terraced Tower project. We will keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery date via our website, newsletter and Facebook page.

In the event of noise disruptions, an inspection/material check can be carried out by the landlord at any time, and adjustments may be necessary for your own account.
